My Work

I help women thrive during the beautiful, challenging and often overlooked transformation that is motherhood.

As a certified health coach, postpartum doula, massage therapist, and mother with a BS in Occupational Therapy, I support women in putting their well-being at the forefront during the transition of growing a family. I work with women during pregnancy to prepare for the postpartum period, and with women during postpartum to prevent and address conditions that lead to overwhelm and exhaustion.

With my extensive training in various healing modalities, I offer in-home postpartum support, massage therapy and health coaching either separately or combined in a way that will truly support you thriving.

As a health coach, I help new mothers reorient themselves with their new body, identity, and life.  I partner with each client to envision, plan, and implement small lifestyle changes that create big impact. Whether we are addressing exercise, eating habits, stress reduction, sleep, or scheduling time for solitude or friendship, we’ll implement empowering techniques that are sustainable for long-term success.

As a postpartum doula, I help the whole family adjust by offering physical, emotional, and informational support during the fourth trimester. This can look like assisting with newborn care, tending to light household tasks, making small meals, engaging with siblings, helping make informed decisions, connecting clients to other professionals when necessary, and listening with a non-judgmental ear.
